Henan Huinong Group is located at the southern foot of the picturesque Central Sacred Mountain Songshan in Dengfeng City, Henan Province. Established in 2015 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, the group comprises three subsidiaries: Henan Huinong Soil Conservation Research & Development Co., Ltd., Henan Zhongyuan Meigu Plant Ecological Park Co., Ltd., and Henan Zhongyuan Meigu Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd.
Supported by Henan Agricultural University, Liaoning Biochar Engineering Technology Center, and Dengfeng Science and Technology Bureau, the group established the Dengfeng Innovation Workstation under Henan Agricultural University’s Postdoctoral Research Station in Crop Science, using Henan Huinong Soil Conservation R&D Co., Ltd. as its scientific platform. The innovation workstation employs one academician from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, two national-level outstanding contribution experts, and six professors. It primarily focuses on innovation and R&D in soil conservation and remediation technologies, specializing in addressing soil conservation challenges in modern ecological agriculture. The workstation also undertakes provincial and ministerial-level research on key technologies for soil carbon regulation.
The company’s main products currently center on bio-organic fertilizers, with an operational production line capable of manufacturing 75,000 tons of high-carbon-based soil remediation fertilizer annually.
